How this site works

Lehi Elite Insulation (lehieliteinsulation.com) is a lead-generation website for insulation services in Lehi and Utah County, Utah. Calls and inspection requests made through this site are passed to an independent, locally operated insulation contractor. That contractor performs the inspection, provides the written quote, and does the work. Any contract for insulation work is between you and that contractor.

Licensing and insurance

Utah requires contractors to hold the appropriate license from the Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) for work above the handyman threshold. Before signing a quote, you can verify any contractor's license status yourself at secure.utah.gov/llv. Ask the contractor for their license number and proof of insurance. We'll publish that information here once it is confirmed.

Building code information

References to Utah's energy code, R-values, and climate zone are general guidance drawn from published sources. Lehi City Building and the applicable code edition have the final say on what is required for your project. Nothing on this site is a substitute for a permit review or an inspection.

Rebate information

Utility rebate programs such as ThermWise (Enbridge Gas), Wattsmart (Rocky Mountain Power), and Lehi City Power conservation rebates are run by the utilities. Amounts, eligibility rules, and deadlines change. Confirm current terms directly with your utility before committing to a project. We don't guarantee that any rebate will be available or approved.
